- every week it sends you one short brief a person has signed off: what it did, what needs you, what it's watching
- nothing that reaches a customer goes out until you tap approve
A week it ran, in one brief
This is what Monday looks like
Your week, handled, Harbor Point Plumbing
Three things we did
- Answered 11 after-hours calls; every one was texted back inside a minute.
- Chased 3 quiet quotes; the Hendersons booked Tuesday morning.
- Checked your site 168 times this week; it never blinked.
Two things we need from you
Your Saturday hours are wrong on Google. The fix is drafted.
Approved, hours fix clearedA review reply for a new five-star is drafted and waiting.

How it runs
Many parts, one calm machine
Every part it runs is precise, reliable, and its own. Together they do the daily work of your operation, and you approve anything that reaches a customer.
The anatomy
- 01
Senses
Every day it checks your site, times your booking page, reads your check history, counts your leads, and compares the shop down the street. Once a month it asks the AI assistants your customers use who they would recommend, and records whether the answer is you. All of it comes from your own records and public pages, nothing else.
- 02
Hands
It does the work of 10+ core agents itself: answering, following up, scheduling, replying to reviews, chasing quotes. It runs them as one loop, so two agents never message the same customer in the same window, and it notices when one stalls.
- 03
Brain
One memory per business. Every conversation, lead, quote and count your agents have ever filed, in one place. Ask it anything about your own business and it answers from your records, or says plainly that it does not have the answer. It never guesses with your name on it.
- 04
Initiative
It does not report problems; it presents them handled. A wrong Saturday hour arrives already corrected, waiting on your tap. A quiet quote arrives with the nudge already drafted. Anything customer-facing or irreversible waits for your one-tap approval, every time.
- 05
A voice, on a schedule
No dashboard to check. No chat window begging to be used. One brief a week in a fixed shape: three things it did, two things it needs from you, one thing it is watching. Every number in it traces to a stored record, enforced by code.
It does the work and drafts everything that reaches a customer for your one-tap approval. A person signs the weekly brief before it reaches you.
Private and secure, first
Built the way we build everything.
Approval-gated, so nothing customer-facing or irreversible moves without your one-tap approval. Per-client isolated stores, so your records structurally cannot mix with another business's. Every action audit-logged. A kill switch that halts all of it instantly. Approvals ride single-use signed links that expire. And every number in every brief must trace to a stored record, or the brief does not ship.
How we handle your data, in plain words.
The catch
It runs your operation. You keep the keys.
It does the work across everything you connect, inside the boundaries you set. Anything that reaches a customer waits for your one-tap approval, every action is logged, and a kill switch stops all of it the moment you want. We set it up with you, by application, because running your operation means real access, not a self-serve signup. Compare it against the hire it replaces, not against software.

Questions
Asked before applying
What does The General Manager actually do?
It is one super agent that does the work of 10+ core agents, itself: answering, following up, scheduling, reviews, quotes. It checks your site, times your booking page, counts your leads, and compares the shop down the street, every day, from your own records in per-client isolated stores. Nothing that reaches a customer goes out without your one-tap approval, and it reports once a week in a three-two-one brief: three things it did, two things it needs from you, one thing it is watching. It refuses everything outside that scope, by design.
Who approves what it does?
You do, on anything that reaches a customer: a public reply, a profile change, a message, each waits for your one-tap approval. A person also reviews and signs the weekly brief before it reaches you.
What data does it see?
Only your own records: the leads your agents capture, your site's public surface, your counters and check history. Every fact it reports traces to a stored record; a number it cannot trace is not allowed into your brief. Your data lives in per-client isolated stores and is never mixed with another business's.
How do cancellation and my data work?
Cancel anytime; the service runs to the end of the period you paid for. Your data is exportable on request in plain formats, and deleted within 30 days of offboarding. There is also a kill switch that halts everything instantly if you ever want it.
Why is it by application?
Because running your operation means real access to your agents, records and profiles, set up properly and kept in your own isolated store. That is a working relationship, so we set it up with you rather than sell a self-serve login.
Hire the manager you could never justify
It runs your operation, and you keep the keys. By application, not a checkout.
